Frog Watch 2013

Rouge Park is excited to present our Fifth Annual Rouge Park Frog Watch!! We are looking for volunteers who can join us for 3 early evening frog watches.

The evenings will involve going to different wetlands throughout the park and documenting what kind of frog species are present by frog call identification.

Each team of frog watchers will have a leader who is comfortable with their frog call ID's, so it will be a great learning experience.

There will also be a get together prior to the last frog watching event for swapping stories and sharing laughs.

There will be an Information Workshop on April 17th, 2013 at 7pm for all of our Frog Watchers, we ask that you please attend this session especially if you will be a team leader.

This workshop is going to be held at the Administration Building at the Toronto Zoo in the Atrium.

If you can commit to all 3 Frog Watch nights and join as a volunteer, please contact: Sheryl Santos, Stewardship Coordinator, sheryl_santos@rougepark.com or call (905) 713-6007 for more info.

Space is Limited! RSVP by Tuesday April 9th.
